Are you looking to broaden your commercial and strategic finance experience while gaining exposure to senior leadership decision-making?

We have an opportunity to join the Corporate Financial Planning team on a 10-month fixed term contract, based at our Global Headquarters in Windsor, playing a key role in shaping financial plans and supporting strategic decision-making across the business.

Working closely with senior leaders, including the Group CFO, Executive Committee, and Board of Directors, you'll contribute to the financial planning processes that help drive business performance and long-term growth.

What you will do :

• Contribute to the development of corporate budget targets and long-range financial plans.
• Partner with regional and functional teams to understand business priorities, build alignment, and support planning activities.
• Support strategic reviews by preparing insightful analysis, reports, and presentations for the Executive Committee and Board.
• Analyse strategic initiatives, investment opportunities, resource allocation, and business performance to inform decision-making.
• Monitor project-to-plan progress and provide meaningful updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Help drive efficient financial planning processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, geographies, and cultures to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who combines strong analytical capability with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.

• Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate planning, strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect data, trends, and business insights.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with planning tools such as Essbase is advantageous.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently deliver high-quality work to demanding timelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
• A curious mindset and a desire to understand the drivers of enterprise value and business performance.
