Opentap Talent is working with a Fortune 500 client that is looking for a FP&A specialist.

Note: This is a role only for Emiratis with a family book.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis process, providing key insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and leadership, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.

- Develop and implement financial models to analyze business performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement in financial performance.

- Monitor and analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, providing explanations and recommendations to senior management.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.

- Oversee the preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders.

- Manage a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to support their growth and success.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

- Proven experience in developing and managing financial models and budgets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present to senior management.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- High level of proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization software.
