Job Description

If you are a Financial Adviser who thrives on developing new relationships, generating opportunities and growing a high‑quality book of clients, this role provides the ideal environment to flourish.
You will be joining a respected national firm with a robust infrastructure that enables their Financial Advisers to focus on revenue‑generating activity. The position is particularly well suited to Advisers who enjoy being proactive. While you will inherit an existing client base to service and retain, the business is especially keen to appoint Financial Advisers who can grow this further through their own activity, networking and relationship‑building.
Alongside your retained clients, you will also receive regular pre‑qualified leads to supplement your pipeline. However, the strongest performers in this business are those who naturally attract referrals, build long‑term relationships and steadily increase their book year on year.
With full administrative, paraplanning and compliance support, you will have the freedom to prioritise client engagement, new business development and in‑depth financial planning discussions. The business believes in empowering Advisers who want to build something meaningful while still benefiting from the support and stability of an established organisation.
This role offers home‑based flexibility, with client meetings carried out in person or virtually depending on client preference.
Independent Financial Adviser Requirements Essential
  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • Proven success in writing new business and growing a client bank
  • Strong track record in servicing and retaining existing clients
  • Experience advising across pensions, investments and holistic planning
  • Confident using financial planning software and CRM systems
Desirable
  • Ability to bring some existing clients
