We are seeking an analytical professional to join our dynamic team as a Financial Planner This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data, creating financial plans, and presenting those plans to clients.
The ideal candidate is a technically strong financial planning professional with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. They are proactive and collaborative, able to work effectively with team members and build strong relationships. They maintain a primary focus on delivering high-quality financial plans while continuing to expand their knowledge and contribute to team success.

At Aldrich, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on facts and circumstances of each candidate. The compensation offered may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education, location, and other job-related reasons. Aldrich makes internal equity a consideration in all pay decisions. A reasonable estimate of the current range for the full-time position is $70,000-$90,000 annual salary.

What You Should Know
This is a full-time position. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM. This is a hybrid position where you must be in the office at least 3 days per week.
