
Our client, a worldwide leader in residency and citizenship solutions, is currently looking for a Financial Operations Manager to join their team. In this role, you will support the Finance department with planning and coordinating financial projects, while also assisting the Group Head of Operational Projects with administrative tasks, reports, and guidelines.
This is a r educed-hours (35 hours), office-based role offering a salary of up to €40K, including bonus and benefits.
Role & Responsibilities
Support the Finance department and Group Head of Operational Projects in driving new finance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure projects benefit the company and improve daily working practices for stakeholders
Assist the Finance department in maintaining and optimizing the implemented financial tool
Contribute to projects and improvements of company tools for the benefit of staff and clients
Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures and guidelines for financial and operational activities
Review current working practices, identify areas for improvement, and suggest alternatives when needed
Identify process and system improvements to enhance efficiency
Provide administrative support to the Group Head of Operational Projects and the Finance department
Education, Skills & Experience
A-level, Diploma, or undergraduate degree in Accounting
Master’s or advanced degree in Accounting is a plus
Fluency in English and Maltese, both written and spoken
3+ years of experience in finance, accounts, or administration within a corporate environment
Proven track record of successfully improving processes and practices
Experience working with financial systems, including implementation and management
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
