Job Description

Company Background:

We are representing one of our multinational client, an award-winning leader in online trading and financial service industry, looking for an Financial Operations Executive to be based in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.

  • Ensure the timely execution of client and general business payments.
  • Adhering to all regulatory, servicing, and business requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to payment processing .
  • Anticipate, identify, assess, and prioritize potential payment problems to avoid their occurrence.
  • Analyze and monitor outgoing payments made via automation tools.
  • Onboarding and maintaining client accounts.
  • Performing daily operational transactions.
  • Liaise with Institutional Sales Associates across the globe.
  • Liaise with other internal departments to fulfill their requests.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are most welcome to apply.
  • Good spoken & written skill in English & Mandarin (Role needs to liaise with Hong Kong & Taiwan customers).
  • Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
