The Opportunity

As a Financial Markets & Real Estate - CMBS Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their financial needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide strategic guidance to optimize their financial performance. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver comprehensive consulting services that enhance decision-making and help clients achieve their financial goals.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and managing complex situations. You will guide and mentor junior team members, using your problem-solving skills to navigate ambiguity and deliver quality work. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. This position offers a platform to grow your personal brand and technical skills while contributing to the success of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions
• Providing comprehensive guidance to optimize client financial performance and decision-making
• Utilizing financial modeling and analysis to support strategic recommendations
• Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform client strategies
• Collaborating with clients to understand and address financial management challenges
• Developing financial strategies that align with client business objectives
• Applying knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in client engagements
• Leveraging analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts
• Interpreting data to generate insights and recommendations for clients
• Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance
• Navigating complex financial markets and real estate transactions
• Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret financial data and trends
• Developing financial models for commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS)
• Embracing change and adapting to evolving financial regulations
• Collaborating effectively with clients to deliver tailored financial solutions

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
