全面负责理想国际业务部资金管理体系搭建与运营,统筹国际部门资金规划、调度、银行关系管理及汇兑风险管理
等全流程工作,保障公司资金链安全稳定,优化资金配置效率,降低资金成本与外汇波动风险,为公司战略发展提
供坚实的资金支撑,推动公司资金管理规范化、精细化、高效化。
Fully responsible for the establishment and operation of the capitaI management system of the Ideal
International Business Department, coordinating all processes of irnternational department capital planning
scheduling, bank relationship management, and exchange risk management, etc., to ensure the safety and
stability of the company's capital chain, optimize capital allocation efficiency, reduce capital costs and foreign
exchange fluctuation risks, provide solid capital support for the company's strategic development, and promote
the standardization, refinement, and high efficiency of the comparhy's capital management
1.牵头制定公司年度、季度、月度资金预算与资金收支计划,统筹各业务板块资金需求,精准预测现金流,合理
规划资金调配,保障公司日常经营、项目投资等资金供给。并进行月度预实分析,优化资金管理机制与流程。
1. Take the lead in formulating the company's annual,quarterly, aand monthly capital budgets and capital
revenue and expenditure plans, coordinate the capital neeeds of various business segments, accurately
forecast cash flow, reasonably plan capital allocation, and ensure the capital supply for the company's daily
operations, project investments, etc. Conduct monthly pre-actual aanalysis to optimize the capital
management mechanism and processes.
2.负责公司日常资金收付、结算、调拨工作,审核资金支付村流程,确保资金收付合规、准确、高效,保障资金周
转顺畅。统筹管理银行账户、资金池,优化账户结构,实时监控各账户资金余额、流向及使用情况,提高闲置
资金收益。
2. Responsible for the company's daily fund receipt, payment, setthement, and allocation work, reviewing the
fund payment process to ensure that fund receipt and payment are compliant, accurate, and efficient, and
guaranteeing smooth fund turnover. Overall management of bankaccounts and funds pool, optimizing the
account structure, monitoring in real time the balance, flow, and usage of funds in each account, and
increasing the returns on idle funds.
3.负责银行授信、票据、保函等融资业务的全流程办理,扫应通业财流程控制资金风险。
3. Responsible for handling the entire process of financing business such as bank credit, bills, and letters of
guarantee, and coordinating business and financial processes tocontrol fund risks.
4.规范资金管理流程,完善资金内部控制制度,监督资金使使用合规性,杜绝资金挪用、浪费等风险,保障公司资
金安全。
4. Standardize the fund management process, improve thhe internal control system for funds, supervise the
compliance of fund usage, eliminate risks such as fund embezzlement and waste, and safeguard the
company's fund security.
5.建立健全资金风险预警体系,识别、评估资金管理过程中的流动性生、利率、信用等风险,制定风险应对预案。
5. Establish and improve the fund risk early warning system, identlfy and assess risks such as liquidity,
interest rate, and credit in the fund management process,and formulate risk response plans.
专项负责汇兑风险管理全流程工作,跟踪国际外汇市场汇率波动,分*沂汇率走势对公司跨境业务、外币资产负
债的影响,定期出具汇率风险分析报告。
Specifically responsible for the entire process of exchange rate riskmanagement, tracking exchange rate
fluctuations in the international foreign exchange market, aanalyzing the impact of exchange rate trends or
the company's cross-border business and foreign currency assets and liabilities, and regularly issuing
exchange rate risk analysis reports.
7.制定并执行汇率对冲方案,合理运用远期结售汇、外汇掉期、期权等金融衍生工具,规避外币结算、跨境资金
调拨带来的汇兑损失,锁定汇兑成本。
7. Develop and implement exchange rate hedging plans, rationallyutilize financial derivative instruments such
as forward foreign exchange settlement and sales, foreign exchange swaps, and options to avoid exchange
losses arising from foreign currency settlement and cross-bporder fund transfers, and lock in exchange
costs.
8.配合内外部审计、税务、外汇检查等工作,提供资金、汇兑相关资料,确保合规运营。
8. Coordinate with internal and external audits, tax,foreign exchange inspections and other tasks, provide
funds and exchange-related information, and ensure compliant operations
9.完成上级领导交办的其他资金管理等相关工作。
9. Complete other relevant tasks such as fund management assigned by superior leaders.

职位要求

Job Requirements:
本科及以上学历,财务管理、会计学、金融学、经济学等相关专业,统招全日制学历优先
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in relevant fields such asFinancial Management, Accounting,
Finance, Economics, etc., with full-time degree from unified nationaal recruitment preferred
2.5年及以上大型集团企业、跨国公司或知名企业资金管理相关工作经验,3年及以上同岗位管理经验,有跨国企
业跨境资金管理、汇兑风控实操经验者优先。
2. 5 years or more of work experience related to fund managemerInt in large group enterprises, multinational
corporations, or well-known enterprises, 3 years or more of management experience in the same position,
with preference given to those with practical experience in cross-boorder fund management and foreign
exchange risk control in multinational enterprises.
3.精通资金预算、现金流管理、融资运作、银行结算、资金风控等全流程业务,熟悉国家财经、金融、外汇相关
法律法规及外管局监管政策。
3. Proficient in full-process operations such as capital budgeting, cash flow management, financing
operations, bank settlement, and capital risk control, and familiar with relevant national financial, financial,
and foreign exchange laws and regulations, as well as reguulatory policies of the State Administration of
Foreign Exchange.
4.具备扎实的汇兑风险管理能力,精通汇率分析、外汇对冲工具运用、跨境资金结算、外汇合规申报等业务,能
独立制定并落地汇率风险管控方案。
Possesses solid foreign exchange risk management capabilities, is proficient in exchange rate analysis,
application of foreign exchange hedging tools, cross-border fund seettlement, foreign exchange compliance
reporting and other operations, and can independently formulate alnd implement exchange rate risk control
plans.
5.持有中级会计师、注册会计师(CPA)、注册金融分析师(CFA)、外汇交易相关专业证书者优先。
1. Those who hold professional certificates related to Intermediate Accountant, Certified Public Accountant
(CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and foreign exchange trading are preferred.
2.具备出色的资金分析、风险预判、数据处理能力,熟练使用财务软件、办公软件及资金管理系统
6. Has excellent capabilities in capital analysis, risk prediction, anddata processing, and is proficient in using
financial software, work software, and capital management systems.
7.具备极强的责任心、原则性,严谨细致,抗压能力强,能高效应对时资金管理、汇率波动等突发状况。
7. Has a strong sense of responsibility, principles, is rigordus and meticulous, has strong stress resistance,
and can efficiently handle emergencies such as fund management aand exchange rate fluctuations.
8.具备优秀的沟通协调、统筹规划、团队管理能力,执行力强,具备良好的职业操守与保密意识。
