Satrix
Who are we?
Satrix is the leading provider of index-tracking investment products and exchange traded funds (ETFs) in South Africa, with over R300 billion in assets under management invested in a range of ETFs, index-tracking unit trusts, life pooled and segregated portfolios that are specifically tailored for client-specific mandates or retail funds. A core part of the Satrix purpose is to drive the democratisation of investments for all South Africans. Satrix is part of Sanlam Investments.
Responsible for the financial accounting function in Satrix. Responsibilities include the preparation of financial management accounts, financial analysis of results, budget preparation and reporting, establishing and executing accounting policies/procedures, maintenance of financial records, fund accounting and auditor’s liaison. The successful incumber will be required to streamline financial operations, improve efficiency, and create a cohesive financial management reporting structure. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to enhance financial oversight, establish best practices, and strengthen technical financial capabilities within the business.
