We are seeking a Financial Manager with 5+ years of experience, specializing in cost accounting, financial analysis, and cash flow management, to join our team in Shreveport, LA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to analyze financial data, evaluate costs, and generate actionable insights that drive profitability, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Accounting & Financial Analysis
Perform detailed cost accounting and variance analysis to identify efficiencies and improve margins
Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
Analyze product costing, inventory valuation, and profitability
Cash Flow & Credit Management
Manage and monitor cash flow, ensuring liquidity and operational efficiency
Oversee credit management, including customer credit analysis and risk assessment
Ensure accurate and timely updating of cash books
Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and improve collection cycles
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare monthly management reports, KPIs, and financial dashboards
Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and sales tax regulations
Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
Cross-Functional & Strategic Support
Partner with Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting to track costs and margins
Support pricing strategies, capital investments, and operational improvements
Drive process improvements across financial workflows
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
5+ years of experience in a private equity-backed environment
Strong proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
Expertise in cash flow, cost accounting, and financial reporting
Strong analytical and communication skills
Willingness to relocate to Shreveport, Louisiana
