Job Description

We are looking for Financial Manager with experience in manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a manufacturing company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. They must have a thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices and be able to apply them to the manufacturing industry.

Position : Financial Manager ( Budget 100-120K)

Responsibilities :

• Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and managing budgets, forecasting financial performance, and conducting financial analysis to provide insight and recommendations to the management team.
• Cost Management: Implementing and monitoring cost control measures to maximize profitability while minimizing costs.
• Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to provide accurate financial information to the management team.
• Internal Controls: Ensuring compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations and establishing internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborating with the management team to develop long-term financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
• Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk.
• Team Management: Leading and managing a team of financial professionals, including accountants and financial analysts.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is typically required, and a master's degree or CPA certification may be preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing
• Strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, as well as several years of experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good English skills
