What You Will Be Doing
As a Sr. Staff Financial Management professional supporting the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Business, you will serve as the Business Management Lead for the JADO/ABMS portfolio. This high-impact role plays a critical part in shaping capture strategies, guiding financial execution, and driving business performance across cutting-edge development programs.
You will provide day-to-day leadership across a wide range of business management functions — from proposal development and contract execution to financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership and advanced aerospace programs, making it an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking both strategic influence and hands-on program ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Business Management Lead supporting capture and execution activities within the JADO/ABMS ADP portfolio.
- Provide financial leadership across the full program lifecycle, including proposals, contracts, estimating, FP&A, EVMS, and independent cost estimating activities.
- Lead financial oversight for contracts and internal investments, ensuring accurate forecasts, compliant proposal artifacts, and achievable budget targets.
- Develop, analyze, and report key financial metrics including Orders, Sales, Cash, Earnings, ROS, and ROC to support informed business decisions.
- Support Executive Planning Panels (EPPs), Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) planning, and establishment of program financial ground rules.
- Prepare and support submission of contractual deliverables such as IPMRs, contract funding reports, and other required financial documentation.
- Conduct financial risk and opportunity assessments and provide actionable recommendations to improve program performance.
- Identify cost improvement opportunities and support implementation of corrective action plans.
- Develop and monitor program funding forecasts and prepare recurring financial reviews for program and executive leadership.
- Collaborate across multiple capture campaigns and functional teams including engineering, contracts, supply chain, estimating, and program management.

• Experience driving proposal artifacts (cost volumes, approval packages) and reviews (independent non-advocate reviews, EPPs)
• Experience in creating and managing Budget Targets
• Experience with Earned Value (EV) execution and surveillance
• Experience in Return on Sales/Orders/Sales/Earnings/Cash assessments and projections
• Experience working across organizational boundaries to ensure that program and company goals are achieved.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 8 years or more of professional experience
• Experience with LM Aeronautics business systems including Systems, Applications, Products (SAP), Deltek COBRA, Deltek Open Plan, Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR), Hyperion and others
• Demonstrated Financial and Analytical experience
• Experience teaching and mentoring peers
• Must possess and execute strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work
• Diligent and Proactive approach to problem solving
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exhibit a proactive, problem solving, cost conscious and company-focused mindset
• Experience interacting with Senior LM and Customer Leadership
• Employee must be able to effectively handle and execute multiple tasks in addition to working special project assignments simultaneously
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00
