Operations Analysts play a critical role in tracking and reporting project performance against budget and schedule across five departments: production, production support departments, and logistics subcontractor. In alignment with the financial business rhythm, update discrete tasks within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), revise estimates to complete (ETC) and conduct detailed variance analyses based on earned value metrics. Collaborate closely with Program Planning to maintain the IMS baseline and with Program Finance to baseline departmental project hours within scheduled IMS tasks dates. Integrates information from multiple systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate data into recommendations. Partners with Control Account Managers (CAMs), Product Leads, and functional leadership to review and finalize ETCs, assess schedule changes, and validate variance analysis. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

Basic Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing/integration environment

ERP system experience

Strong Excel experience (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs)

Ability to work in a deadline driven, dynamic environment with shifting priorities

Experience facilitating data driven decisions

Strong analytical skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Good time management

Ability to be on site four days a week

Desired Skills

Experience with SAP production applications

Earned Value experience

Ability to interpret and communicate complex project data

Comfortable explaining decisions to internal customers as necessary

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
