The Financial Management Senior Associate role focuses primarily on FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs, ensuring adherence to federal regulations, accurate financial reporting, and effective support to clients and subrecipients throughout the grant process.

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or Project Management, required
Experience:
• Three (3) to four (4) years of experience managing FEMA Grants (Public Assistance, Section 428 Alternative Procedures, 404 Hazard Mitigation and/or 406 Mitigation), preferred
• Experience in auditing, accounting, payroll, grant management, and federal grant compliance, preferred
Language:
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish), required
Certifications/Licensure:
• N/A
Software:
• Basic knowledge of MS Office Applications (e.g.,Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)[KM2.1][MK2.2][KM2.3], required
• Knowledge of DRS[KM3.1][MK3.2][KM3.3], preferred

• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and Stanford Act Strong organizational and multitasking skills
