As the Financial Management Mgr you will be responsible for leading financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance‑management activities that drive sound business decisions.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
  • Consolidate financial results and produce monthly, quarterly, and year‑end reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop data analytics, visualizations, and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision‑making.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimates, and contract negotiations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Strong EVMS (Earned Value Management System) skill
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver
  • Interest in technical details
  • Microsoft Office suite skills with emphasis on Excel pivot tables, Word and PowerPoint

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of EVMS business rhythms
  • Knowledge of financial business rhythms (monthly / quarterly forecasting)
  • Leadership skills in an L-coded position.
  • AI basic knowledge and utilization
  • Dashboard visualization, creation and utilization.
  • Experience working full Earned Value
  • Management defense programs and associated cost tools and analysis.
  • SAP experience, COBRA experience, Oracle experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $109700.00 - $203700.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
