You will be a Financial Analyst within our Aviation team, which is responsible for driving efficient planning and execution of financials and resource analysis across various functions. Our team is comprised of experts in finance, accounting, and analysis, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our ranks.
What You Will Be Doing:
As a Financial Analyst Associate, you will be responsible for overseeing the task order business rhythm execution, driving Earned Value performance metrics and EAC analysis and assessments. You will work closely with our team to perform multiple financial activities, compile and review budgets, and perform financial cost analysis.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
• Operate as a Finance Analyst Associate, driving efficient planning and execution of financials and resource analysis
• Oversee the task order business rhythm execution, driving Earned Value performance metrics and EAC analysis and assessments
• Perform multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (weekly, monthly, quarterly internal and external reporting)
• Compile and review budgets using actual performance, previous budget figures, expense reports, and other data sources
• Perform multiple financial cost analysis functions, including cost allocation, setting up cost control systems, collecting data, controlling costs and preparing reports
• Ensure that costs are allocated according to established procedures
• Apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports
• Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or related discipline.
• Proficient finance/accounting skills
• Possess proficient analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines
• Proficient MS Office skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Currently has a secret clearance
• Experience supporting Earned Value performance assessments and analysis.
• Experience with SAP
• Experience with Deltek Cobra
• ERP/MRP systems understanding

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $49,700 - $87,515. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
