In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a collaborative, high performing team delivering high quality financial reporting, analysis and divisional insights to support informed decision making.
Build meaningful insights, efficiencies and strong financial foundations in a dynamic environment designed for emerging finance professionals who are eager to grow, innovate and make an impact.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes, prepare and reconcile financial data, support financial reporting and analysis, and participate in improvement initiatives that strengthen long term financial sustainability.
Support the preparation of briefings, options papers and analysis for managers and senior leaders, translating financial information into clear, practical and decision ready advice.
Be supported by a strong and experienced leadership team that provides clear direction, coaching and development opportunities, enabling you to build capability, confidence and accelerate your career in finance.

About you
Your ambition, curiosity and drive to learn, formed through early career experience in finance, will see you excel in working with financial data, supporting reporting cycles and contributing to sound management accounting outcomes and insights.
You’re recognised as an intuitive and fast learner with a strong analytical and growth mindset, skilled at problem-solving and collaboration, and experienced in applying accounting principles to support budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
You bring a genuine desire to innovate, continuously improve and contribute meaningfully while developing your expertise within a supportive team.
You have a Bachelor qualification in a relevant discipline (Accounting, Business, Economics or Commerce) from an Australian university or equivalent overseas qualification, extensive and relevant professional experience.
