abra is hiring a Financial ERP Consultant to join our ERP Division!

We are looking for a Financial ERP Consultant to join our growing ERP Division. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze business needs, translate them into system requirements, optimize financial processes, and support ERP implementation projects from design through go-live and ongoing user support.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional ERP solutions.
• Work closely with business users to understand financial processes and system needs.
• Improve and optimize existing financial business processes.
• Support ERP implementation projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in ERP projects, including business analysis, requirements gathering, specification writing, and leading user requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering & Management, or another relevant financial discipline.
• Strong understanding of organizational financial processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payments, Budgeting, Financial Control, Consolidation, and Financial Reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical and analytical mindset.

Advantage:

• Experience working with Microsoft ERP solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
