Job Description

As a valued colleague on our team, you will support the development and administration of Anaplan solutions that drive business planning, forecasting, and decision making. This role is ideal for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who enjoy working with data and translating business requirements into system-based solutions.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

The Financial Engineer - Anaplan role will offer you the opportunity to make an impact, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Support the design, development, testing, and maintenance of Anaplan planning and forecasting solutions.
  • Analyze business requirements, data, and processes to help build scalable models that support financial planning, reporting, and decision-making.
  • Assist with data validation, system testing, regression testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution accuracy and reliability.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and senior developers to translate planning and reporting needs into effective Anaplan solutions.
  • Document requirements, processes, and model enhancements, and help communicate results and insights in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Contribute to scenario analysis and business-driven forecasting activities that support planning and operational decision-making.

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Desired Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with data, reporting, financial planning, forecasting, or business analysis is a plus.
  • Interest in learning enterprise planning platforms and developing expertise in Anaplan.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and business insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work with complex data and business processes.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting concepts such as SAS, Python, or R is helpful but not required, as coding is not a primary responsibility of this role.
  • Prior experience with Anaplan is not required, as training will be provided.

Target Pay Range: $85,000.00 - 110,000.00 a year

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
