Title: Financial Data Analyst
Location: Candidates must reside in Colorado.
Hybrid Schedule: This position follows a flexible hybrid schedule, with an equal balance of remote work and on-site presence at our headquarters in Aurora, CO.

Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to join our Finance team! This role will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimization of master data within the finance ERP systems. This role serves as a critical bridge between Finance, IT, and operational departments to ensure accurate data capture, integrity of data flow, and seamless integration between financial systems and the ERP. This role will also support KPI/dashboard development and leverage advanced tools for data analysis and reporting.
This role offers a 4-day, 40-hour work week, Monday-Thursday. DP operates a primarily hybrid work environment with in-person requirements at our Colorado office. The frequency of on-site work varies by department and is subject to change based on operational needs.
