As a Training Analyst at Barclays, you will play a key role in the delivery and continuous improvement of training programs for the Financial Crime due diligence team. You will ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary tools, knowledge, and best practices to effectively detect and prevent financial crimes such as money laundering, fraud, and sanctions violations. Your role will be integral to maintaining Barclays' commitment to the highest levels of regulatory compliance and risk management.
To be successful as a Training Analyst, you should have:
Excellent understanding of financial crime regulations, including AML, fraud detection, sanctions screening, and KYC processes.
Previous experience of delivering training, mentoring, and/or coaching.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively to a wide range of audiences.
Previous experience of working within a fast-paced environment.

This will be located at our Glasgow office.
