Job Description

Your Contribution

As a Financial Controller (m/f/d), you support the economic management of our plant and actively contribute to all relevant controlling processes

  • Operational controlling in SAP – comprehensively for all relevant plant areas
  • Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, including preparation and analysis
  • Preparation of quotation and post-calculations as well as support in production controlling
  • Contribution to short- and medium-term business planning and budgeting
  • Preparation of internal and external reports and active further development of our Power BI–based reporting system
  • Support with investment calculations and business evaluations
  • Analysis of deviations and proactive coordination with the responsible departments

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study – ideally with a focus on digitalization
  • Initial professional experience in controlling is desirable
  • Knowledge of planning processes in industrial companies is an advantage
  • High affinity for programming languages, especially VBA and DAX (Power BI)
  • Structured, independent, and systematic working style as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
  • Interest in production processes and their economic evaluation
  • Flexibility, commitment, and enthusiasm for new challenges
  • Very good knowledge of SAP CO/FI, SAP BW, and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
