The client is a leading animation production company based in Thailand, renowned for its innovative and high-quality animation projects. With a strong presence in the industry, they are recognized for their exceptional creativity and expertise in animation production, making them a prominent name in Thailand's animation sector. 

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute long-term financial strategies that align with the organization's objectives and vision.
• Budget Management: Oversee and manage the organization's budget, ensuring expenditures are efficient and effective.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and shareholders, providing financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
• Financial Management: Supervise and manage the organization's finances, including cash flow, investments, and funding.
• Internal Controls: Monitor and enhance internal control systems to prevent financial risks and errors.
• Department Coordination: Collaborate with senior management and various departments to ensure financial support for operations and growth.
• Tax Management: Plan and manage tax strategies to maximize benefits while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
• Finance Team Management: Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a knowledgeable and collaborative environment.
• Audit and Assurance: Work with external auditors to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Investment Planning and Control: Assess and manage investment projects, including feasibility analysis and risk management.
• Investor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and the capital market, preparing and presenting information to attract investment.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or senior financial roles such as CFO or Financial Controller.
• Financial and Accounting Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), and financial regulations.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data, create reports, and present information to senior management.
• Management Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a finance team, with effective planning and operational execution.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• English Proficiency: Good command of English.
• Technological Proficiency: Skilled in using financial and accounting software, such as ERP systems, Excel, and data analysis tools.
• Risk Management: Ability to assess and manage financial risks.
• Negotiation Skills: Capability to negotiate with investors, banks, and business partners.
• Ethical Standards: High ethical standards and integrity in financial operations.
• Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of financial laws, tax regulations, and related compliance requirements.
