Job Description

Our client is a market leader in Logistics. Currently, they are looking for an experienced CFO to join their team.

• Report directly to CEO and fully responsible for the finance function in HK
• Play a key role in the growth strategy of the business
• Participate in M&A and loan financing
• Manage financial budgets and forecasts, develop strategic investment and financial planning
• Oversee all accounting functions, including financial reporting, payroll and tax etc
• Ensure compliance with listing requirements and all relevant statutory and regulatory matters
• Primary contact with external auditors, local banks and third party financial related advisors
• Involve in internal control and process improvement projects
• Drive change management on finance initiatives

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• Recognized professional qualification (CPA or CFA) is a must
• Minimum of 10 years relevant experience in sizeable listed company. Big 4 training is preferable
• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain industry will be an advantage
• Good knowledge on Listing rules and SFC rules
• Hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English and Mandarin is required
