Financial Controller,KDB Nordics
to join our team in Finlandor Sweden
In this role you will oversee the financial performance, reporting, and controlling activities for our Nordic entities (KDB Finland, KDB Sweden, KDB Denmark and KDB Norway). You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with KONE Group standards while supporting day‑to‑day operations across O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Purchase to Pay), and R2R (Record to Report) processes.
Youwill work closely with our outsourcing partners, process stream leads, and frontline teams to ensure smooth execution of finance operations and to strengthen the financial control environment.
This role is central to improving transparency, control, and business support across the region.Preferred start date is September 2026, and the role is a full‑time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial controlling andfinancialreporting for KDB Nordics entities
Ensure compliance with KONE Group policies, IFRS, and local statutory requirements
Oversee and support daily O2C, P2P, and R2R activities in collaboration with our outsourcing partner
Strengthen internal controls and proactively address control issues
Support business performance management and provide insights to local leadership
Contribute to harmonizing and embedding KDB’s future Finance Operating Model
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and tools
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams acrossBusiness Areas andGroup Finance
What We’re Looking For
Strong experience in financial controlling, accounting, or audit
Solid understanding of end‑to‑end finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
Experience in a multinational environment is an advantage
Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with a drive for improvement
Fluency in English; Nordic language skills are a plus
