Job Title: Financial Controller Junior - Part Time
Report to: Finance Manager
Location: Štěnovice, Czech Republic

We are looking for a motivated junior colleague to join our Finance team on a part-time basis. This role is a great opportunity for a university student or recent graduate with an economic or finance background who would like to gain practical experience in controlling, reporting, data analysis and finance processes within an international manufacturing environment. The Financial Controller Junior will support the Finance team with regular reporting, data preparation, cost analysis and administrative finance tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Finance team with regular reporting and data preparation.
• Assisting with cost analysis, budget tracking and financial overviews.
• Preparing and updating Excel files, reports and financial templates.
• Supporting month-end close activities and basic controlling tasks.
• Working with data from internal systems and helping to ensure data accuracy.
• Cooperating with Finance, Operations and other internal departments.
• Providing administrative support related to invoices, purchase orders or cost tracking.
• Supporting ad hoc financial analyses and projects based on business needs.
Requirements:
• University student or graduate in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good working knowledge of Excel and willingness to work with data.
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of finance, accounting or controlling principles.
• Communicative English, both written and verbal.
• Reliability, responsibility and proactive approach.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in finance, accounting or controlling is an advantage, but not required.
• Availability for part-time cooperation with flexibility based on agreement.
