Job Description

The company continuously develops its four sites in Budapest, Debrecen, Pécs and Szeged and is looking for skilled IT professionals to join its team.

• Acts as business controller under coordination of a senior controller
• Coordinates month-end closing activities
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
• Supports effective business decisions by monitoring and analyzing financial data
• Cooperation in monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting in cooperation with other departments
• Proactively supports the process development and process automation initiatives
• Participate in development of existing KPI reports by using modern self-service BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in Finance or Economy
• 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes
• Solid MS Excel knowledge & good knowledge in MS Office
• Process Automation & process development mindset
• Knowledge & engagement with BI solutions
• Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English (German strong advantage)
• Good analytical skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Team player
