We are currently inviting an experienced and ambitious Financial Controller to join our Finance team in Vilnius, Lithuania and support the Teltonika EMS team in rapidly growing Electronics manufacturing business.

In this role you will:

• Prepare, develop and manage various management and financial performance reports for different business activities and projects;
• Involve in various group-wide projects (e.g. launching new businesses, subsidiaries, construction projects etc.) by taking ownership of establishment of financial controls and management of budgets.
• Participate in monthly group-wide management reporting including financial controllership of overseas subsidiaries;
• Actively involve in preparation and control of annual budgets;
• Monitor and control manufacturing costs and participate in pricing determination;
• Analyze financial data and variances to provide actionable insights to improve business performance;
• In collaboration with other business units develop, optimize, automate and digitize various financial and other related business processes including preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls;
• Provide support and insights related to financial matters for other business units;
• Perform other ad-hoc financial tasks.

We believe that you have:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in financial control, FP&A, corporate finance, audit or other similar fields;
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline (certification or participation in Master’s / CFA / ACCA or other relevant programme is a plus);
• Strong understanding of financial business processes and internal controls with ability to drive change;
• Proven experience in controlling periodic financial and management reporting, budgets;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel. Hands-on experience with Power BI and AI applications in financial processes and reporting would be considered an asset;
• Understanding of costing and transfer pricing methods would be considered and advantage;
• Analytical and innovative mindset, commercial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and creatively use it in decision-making;
• Energy, drive and can-do attitude. Orientation to result and willingness to growth;
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and multinational teams;
• Native or highly fluent Lithuanian language skills, excellent English language skills (both spoken and written).

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive salary that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position ranges from 20 Eur/h up to 28 Eur/h (3360 Eur – 4704 Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise.
