About the role

We are expanding our Controlling Team at Dürr Group Services and seeking motivated Financial Controllers to strengthen financial performance across the HOMAG division. You will act as a trusted business partner, support decision making with clear management information, and help modernize reporting and processes using digital tools.

Key responsibilities

• Central review of monthly financial reporting for HOMAG entities.
• Deliver management reporting for two newly established small commercial entities in Europe and act as their Business Partner.
• Support month‑end closing activities with having insight both into legal
• entity and central level.
• Ensure accurate cost allocation across the group and perform intercompany reconciliations.
• Drive digitalization and process improvement: design and implement optimized process flows, and develop analyses using AI and BI tools.
• Work with SAP ERP, SAP BW, SAP Analytics Cloud and other BI tools
• Collaborate closely with HOMAG headquarters, Accounting, Key Users, Operations and Senior Management to monitor and improve financial performance.
• Participate in other
• transition projects - possibility to tailor responsibilities to your strenghts.

Your skills

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills, proactive mindset and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of Accounting principles and IFRS.
• 2–4 years’ experience in Controlling, Accounting, FP&A or a related function.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools (Power BI, SAC or similar).
• Fluent English; German is an advantage.
• Technology‑driven approach and interest in process automation.
• Comfortable working in a remote, international team environment.
