Our client is a leading express delivery and logistics company in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization.

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting activities in accordance with VAS.

  • Prepare IFRS and management reporting packages for the Regional Finance team.

  • Ensure the accuracy of accounting records, balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, and financial consolidation.

  • Strengthen internal controls across revenue, accounts receivable, cash, procurement, expenses, inventory, and fixed assets.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance analysis activities.

  • Analyze profitability by customer, service, branch, and business unit.

  • Improve working capital management, credit control, and accounts receivable collection.

  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax, accounting, and statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate external audits, Group audits, and tax inspections.

  • Lead ERP and finance system improvement initiatives, including process mapping, data quality enhancement, reporting automation, and system integration.

  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and business leaders.

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Finance and Accounting team.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, ACA, CIMA, or an equivalent certification are preferred.

  • At least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller, Chief Accountant, Senior Finance Manager, or in an equivalent position.

  • Strong practical knowledge of VAS, Vietnamese taxation, and statutory reporting requirements.

  • Solid experience in IFRS reporting or regional Group reporting.

  • Proven experience in ERP implementation, system optimization, or finance transformation projects.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is considered an advantage.

  • Experience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, or another multi-site business environment is preferred.

  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills are required.

  • Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded, with the ability to work effectively in a business transformation environment.

  • Preferred:
    Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, FAST, Bravo, or equivalent systems.
