职位概述：
作为上海华纳锦江影视乐园有限公司的财务控制总监，你将负责建立并领导公司的会计、税务、资金、财务政策及内部控制体系，确保项目从筹开到正式运营阶段的财务合规、报告准确性、收入完整性及控制有效性。

Your New Role
As Financial Controller of Shanghai WB Jinjiang Studio Tour Co (the “Company”), you will establish and lead the Company’s accounting, tax, treasury, finance policy, and internal control functions, ensuring financial compliance, reporting accuracy, revenue integrity, and control effectiveness from pre-opening through ongoing operations.

主要职责 Key Responsibilities：

- 负责全面会计管理和财务结账治理，包括总账、应收应付、固定资产、存货、收入确认、凭证审核、账户调节、财务报表复核、报告包签核，以及与集团Controllership团队沟通协调，确保月度集团报告信息准确、完整并按时提交。
Lead end-to-end accounting and financial close governance, including GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, revenue recognition, journal review, account reconciliations, financial statement review, reporting package sign-off, and coordination with the group Controllership team to ensure monthly group reporting is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

- 编制并审核符合中国会计准则、美国会计准则集团报告要求及合资公司治理要求的财务报表、法定报表、管理报告及本地监管申报资料。
Prepare and review financial statements, statutory reports, management reports, and local regulatory submissions in accordance with PRC GAAP, US GAAP group reporting requirements, and JV governance requirements.

- 管理资金、银行、支付及授权控制，包括付款审批、银行账户、现金及电子支付对账、支付服务商协作、资金安全、跨境资金流动、外汇合规、公司印章、财务专用章、银行U盾及网银权限。
Manage treasury, banking, payment, and authorization controls, including payment approvals, bank accounts, cash and digital payment reconciliation, payment service provider coordination, cash security, cross-border fund flows, FX compliance, company chops, finance seals, bank tokens, and online banking access.

- 负责中国税务申报、税务会计、税务资料及发票税控管理，建立增值税、企业所得税、预提税、进项税、销项税、发票开具、认证、保管、红字及作废发票相关控制。
Lead China tax filings, tax accounting, tax documentation, and fapiao tax-control governance, including controls over VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, input VAT, output VAT, invoice issuance, verification, custody, red-letter invoices, and voided invoices.

- 建立并完善财务政策、标准操作流程、内部控制及收入保障机制，覆盖访客收入、固定资产及在建工程、资产资本化、库存、采购、合同、付款审批、关联方交易、职责分离及舞弊风险防控。
Establish and enhance finance policies, standard operating procedures, internal controls, and revenue assurance mechanisms covering visitor revenue, fixed assets and construction in progress, asset capitalization, inventory, procurement, contracts, payment approvals, related-party transactions, segregation of duties, and fraud risk prevention.

- 负责审计、整改、合资公司治理及董事会相关支持，包括筹开验收、日常运营审计、集团审计、外部审计、税务顾问协调、保留事项、股东报告及重大财务事项跟进。
Manage audit, remediation, JV governance, and board-related support, including pre-opening readiness reviews, operating audits, group audits, external audits, tax advisor coordination, reserved matters, shareholder reporting, and follow-up on significant finance matters.

- 支持筹开阶段财务准备工作，确保开业前财务系统、流程、控制、审批机制、对账机制、资产资本化及运营财务治理具备可执行性和有效性。
Support finance readiness during the pre-opening phase, ensuring financial systems, processes, controls, approval mechanisms, reconciliation framework, asset capitalization, and operating finance governance are executable and effective before opening.

- 管理并培养财务团队，建立支持高客流、高交易量、强内控要求及中国本地合规要求的团队能力。
Build and develop the finance team with capabilities to support high-volume visitor operations, transaction processing, strong internal controls, and China local compliance requirements.

- 根据公司经营及管理需要，履行上级或公司管理层交办的其他相关职责。
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the CFO or company leadership based on business and operational needs.

任职要求 Qualifications：

- 本科及以上学历，财务、会计或相关专业
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

- 须具备CPA、中国注册会计师、ACCA或同等专业会计资格
CPA, CICPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification required.

- 10年以上相关经验，具有文旅景点、主题娱乐、零售、餐饮、酒店、消费品、高交易量消费服务行业或中西合资/跨国企业环境经验优先
10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in visitor attractions, themed entertainment, retail, F&B, hospitality, consumer products, high-volume consumer service businesses, or Sino-Western joint venture / multinational company environments.

- 熟悉中国会计准则、美国会计准则、税务法规及面向消费者业务的相关财务控制要求
Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, US GAAP, tax regulations, and finance control requirements for consumer-facing operations.

- 具备从0到1搭建财务体系、政策流程、内控框架及运营对账机制的经验优先
Experience building finance functions, policies, procedures, internal control frameworks, and operational reconciliation processes from the ground up preferred.

- 具备强大的执行力，能够在快速变化的环境中推动事项落地并按时交付
Strong execution capability, with the ability to drive implementation and deliver results on time in a fast-changing environment.

- 具备高度诚信和责任感，能够坚持专业判断、财务纪律及合规要求
High integrity and accountability, with the ability to uphold professional judgment, financial discipline, and compliance requirements.

- 具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力、问题解决能力及团队领导能力，英文流利
Excellent cross-functional communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills, with fluent English.

Shanghai Joint Venture Employment:

Please note that this position is employed through Warner Bros. Discovery’s joint venture with Jin Jiang International (Holdings) Co., Ltd. The joint venture entity is Shanghai WB Jinjiang Studio Tour Co., Ltd. Successful candidates will be hired by the joint venture company and assigned to work with Warner Bros. Discovery as required for this project.
