About the Position
As a Financial Controller – Europe, you will be a key member of the European Financial Controlling team, partnering with stakeholders across multiple countries while working from our Bengaluru office. Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in leading financial control activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening compliance, and driving continuous process improvements across the European business.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly accomplished finance professional with 10+ years of experience in Financial Controlling, Plant Controlling, or Record-to-Report (R2R) within a multinational organization You will bring strong technical accounting expertise, hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (BlackLine is an added advantage), deep knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, and external audits, along with exceptional business partnering skills to support a dynamic international finance organization.
