T & M Hardware & Rental is seeking an Finance Manager to oversee the following areas for our multi-million dollar business:

  • Financial Records
  • Company Expenses
  • Payroll
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Policies and Procedures
  • Tax Compliance
Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in accounting
  • Three or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance manager
  • Three or more years of leading, managing, and making decisions for business financial projects
  • Strong technology skills with experience with Epicor retail software preferred
  • Exemplary understanding of ethics, confidentiality, and the need to remain flexible and able to make fast-paced decisions in the ever-changing retail environment

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
