From our office in Ghent, we’re looking for a Financial Controller who’s eager to contribute to high-quality financial insight, reliable forecasting, and effective financial governance across the organization.

What you’ll do...

• Collaborate with Accounting teams during monthly and yearly closing cycles to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare board, management, and lender reporting packs with reliable financial insights and KPI dashboards.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis processes across multiple entities.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and covenant tracking while supporting treasury coordination.
• Improve financial processes, internal controls, and automation initiatives to support finance transformation.

What you bring...

• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting within an international multi-entity environment.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights for stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Earn bonus points for...

• Experience in a SaaS company environment.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power Query, BI/reporting tools, and AI-driven finance technologies.
• Ability to communicate fluently with stakeholders in both Dutch and English.
