You will provide second line controllership oversight, strengthen governance and controls, and drive continuous improvement across R2R processes. This role is critical in establishing a disciplined operating rhythm, improving balance sheet integrity, and enabling a more standardised, automated, and efficient R2R environment across the Group.

Who we are

Right now, we’re bridging two worlds as we accelerate to more sustainable energy sources, while helping our customers provide the energy, chemicals and resources that society needs now.

We partner with our customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their portfolio of assets. We solve complex problems by finding integrated data-centric solutions from the first stages of engineering and consulting to the last stages of installation and commissioning.

Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.

What you’ll do

  • Own and standardise global R2R processes, controls, and policies
  • Lead the month-end close (MEC) model and performance
  • Provide governance across shared services and global finance teams, ensuring compliance and consistency
  • Own balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations and risk resolution
  • Define standards for journals and intercompany accounting, driving automation
  • Lead R2R transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the global gatekeeper for R2R process and system changes
  • Drive audit outcomes, remediation, and control effectiveness

What you’ll have

  • Degree qualified in Accounting with CA / CPA certification
  • Significant senior finance leadership experience in global environments
  • Deep expertise in R2R controllership and shared services models
  • Strong background in internal controls, audit, and governance
  • Proven track record of driving standardisation and large-scale transformation
  • Ability to lead global teams and influence senior stakeholders

What We Offer

  • Work in a role where accuracy, service, and continuous improvement genuinely matter
  • Join a supportive and collaborative team with strong connections across Finance and the wider business
  • Build your capability in a complex financial environment
  • Access to learning, development, and career pathways across a global organisation
  • Flexibility and hybrid working options, where available for the role
  • Join a fun and inclusive, global team of professionals
  • Competitive remuneration and benefits
