The role
Business Controller | Project Controller | Finance Manager | Senior Financial Controller
Je bent als Financial Controller onderdeel van een hecht Finance team en sparringpartner voor het management. De functie is gericht op het opstellen en bewaken van betrouwbare financiële rapportages, het uitvoeren van analyses, budgettering en forecasting. Daarnaast help je mee om een goede basis te creëren voor zowel operationele als strategische beslissingen. Als Financial Controller heb je een belangrijke rol in het verder optimaliseren van financiële processen en systemen en waar nodig draag je verbeteringen aan.
In deze functie werk je nauw samen met operationele stafafdelingen, Project Controllers en externe stakeholders, waaronder de Damen Groep en auditors. Door de diversiteit aan contacten en verantwoordelijkheden in deze functie is een hoge mate van zelfstandigheid en proactiviteit essentieel.
