Key Responsibilities


This role supports the Reporting Manager in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting for both the CIS North America Business Line and the North America Business Units (EUT, MALS, CPRS, TMT, Sogeti, Canada, FS, and Mexico).

The role requires close collaboration with account controllers in India and North America, as well as coordination with India-based reporting team members. The position also works closely with finance support, engagement managers, Business Unit controllers, and other stakeholders to ensure that reported data is useful, reliable, and compliant.

The role leads ongoing process improvement initiatives by identifying optimization opportunities, advancing automation efforts, and partnering with technology teams to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely delivery of reporting outputs.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Work jointly with the Reporting Manager on reporting activities for CIS NA and North America Business Unit controllers.
  • Collaborate with India and Guatemala reporting teams to meet all reporting deadlines.
  • Perform standard checks for Business Line, Business Units, and engagements.
  • Analyze, investigate, and resolve inconsistencies or questionable positions.
  • Monitor variances and exceptions to ensure accuracy and consistency of reported data.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of all standard and ad-hoc financial reports.
  • Collaborate with account controllers in India and North America to validate data completeness and quality.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting guidelines.
  • Engage with BU finance support, engagement managers, and controllers to obtain and validate required data.
  • Support continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes in partnership with technology teams.

Professional Experience & Skills

Qualifications (Education / Experience / Certification)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or another numerically oriented discipline (preferred).
  • 4–6 years of experience in Finance or Reporting; experience supporting controllers is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (macros preferred).
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage recurring processes.
  • Fluent English with the ability to work in global, multicultural teams.
