As a Financial Controller, you will have a complete financial oversight of the chosen Adlook subsidiaries/entities within the Polish and European markets.

What You'll Be Accountable For And How You'll Make An Impact:

  • Full scope of financial supervision of selected subsidiaries/entities (Polish and European markets)
  • Day-to-day contact & cooperation with internal business stakeholders with the focus on profitability, debt collection and credit risk management process
  • Review and approval of contracts with clients, trading deals with agencies and other finance-related documentation
  • Controlling and forecasting P&L (both long- and short-term), cash flow management
  • Preparation of financial data of subsidiaries to be consolidated for reporting and management purposes (monthly management reporting)
  • Coordination of annual auditing process (main PoC for the auditors) and overseeing the financial statement preparation (by external accounting service provider or auditor)

What We Are Looking For:

  • University-level education in finance area
  • 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting/controlling and/or auditing (ideally both)
  • Proficiency in accounting and corporate finance / management reporting
  • Office proficiency (Microsoft/Google) with a focus on Google spreadsheets and Presentations
  • Experience with automations and optimizations
  • Excellent knowledge of English (C1) and fluent Polish; knowledge of other foreign languages is an asset
  • Nice-to-have: experience or at least solid theoretical knowledge of Corporate Tax, VAT, WHT
  • Nice-to-have: ACCA, CIMA or other qualifications
  • Analytical, planning and organizational skills
