Position Financial Controller (Budget 200K)

Job Purpose & Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including financial modeling, feasibility studies, strategy development and execution, finance and accounting operations, and process improvement. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to the senior management team, to aid in strategic decision-making. The Financial Controller will work closely and report directly to the Group CFO; focusing on specific arms and businesses as relevant, on top of ensuring that the groups high level strategic financial objectives are achieved alongside the growth, sustainability, and efficiency of the group as a whole. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models to aid in decision-making

Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate new projects and initiatives

Create and execute company strategy to drive business growth and profitability

Oversee all finance and accounting operations and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders

Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the company has sufficient funds to meet its obligations

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards

Build and maintain trusting, collaborative relationships with stakeholders including the firms clients, banks across industries and cultures

Actively keep current with industry trends, financial business, and tools buying systems, research, resources, and associations

Job Specifications:
Qualifications

Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, research skills and present insightful information

Detail-oriented and keen on digging for more information

Demonstrating strategic thinking and leadership

A deep knowledge of business models, financial modeling and client brands across industries

Proficiency in a full suite of Microsoft office produce (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English (verbally and written)

Education

Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related degree/certification Experience

Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on financial modeling, feasibility studies, and strategy development at a highly reputable companies

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

Extensive experience in implementing, managing and operating modern financial and business analytics systems

Way of work

Working 5 days a week (Flexi hour and work from home options)

WFH 2 days: prefer THU and FRI

Occasional travel overseas and domestic

Able to work on holidays, as needed.

Conduct a conference call in different time zone.

Can be a single contributor without subordinates, adaptive and fast learner.

High level of personal interaction, e.g., one-one consultation

Handling multiple projects
