Your Future Role
Directly reporting to the Finance Director at the head office, as a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the accuracy of financial information, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management decisions through reliable and rigorous reporting.
You will play a key role in overseeing accounting operations and producing financial statements. Acting as a business partner to operational teams, you will work closely with project controllers and industrial controllers.
With strong financial management knowledge and skills in the industrial sector, along with advisory and leadership experience supporting internal teams in the strict application of financial standards and processes, you are our ideal candidate.
This position, based at our St-Bruno site on the South Shore of Montreal, is a permanent full-time role (40 hours/week). You must be able to work within an international, multi-site, matrix organization. The work environment is hybrid, with 3 days on-site and 2 days remote per week.
