Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements accord
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately avail
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
• Assist with other accounting projects
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
• Balance sheet and income statement analysis
• Adjustment of total revenues on a monthly basis
• Reconciliation of balances of accounts receivable, payables, bank and Intercompany transactions
• Monitoring spending and budgets
• Preparing financial analyses and consolidated financial reports
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance
• Prepare monthly financial statements during the month-end close for assigned portfolio
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts
• Assist in preparing the consolidated trial balance sheet, financial reporting models
• Assist with supporting documents for quarterly financial statements review/annual audit
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned
• Control of complete client administration and documentation
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets

Job Requirements:

• Higher Education – Bachelors Degree
• Knowledge in English is required
• 2 years experience in Financial Controlling
• Communicative person, ready to work in a team, as well as work on several different tasks at the same time
• A reliable and precise person
