Job Description
Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with international financial reporting standards ( IFRS) and relevant accounting principles and concepts
Analyze financial statements and management reports to assist management in decision- making.
Prepare financial plans, forecasts, and budgets.
Identify and implement cost- cutting measures
Requirements
Degree or higher in accounting or a related finance discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
Membership in CPA PNG is essential.
Strong understanding and application of relevant PNG laws, including but not limited to tax/ superannuation/ labor employment/company laws and international accounting standards
