
Main Purpose of the Role:
Main Tasks:
Analyze Auto PO performance in coordination with the Cost Analyst and Cost Team Lead.
Work with functional partners (Cost Control, IT, Operations, Logistics, etc.) to maximize Auto PO performance through management of Condition setup & Portex alignment
Maintain rate Condition setup within SAP to ensure accurate Auto PO generation.
Maintain centralized rate database
Weekly reporting and analysis of Auto PO performance
Quarterly vendor rate analysis
Administrate AR/AP control for US Truckers.
Any other responsibilities as needed or assigned by ZIM Management
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics; OR one to two years related experience and/or training in financial costing and revenue analysis, trend analysis, etc.; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expertise in at least one shipping industry functional (e.g. Operations, Logistics, Finance, etc.) is preferred.
• Knowledge and expertise in working with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook also required.
