Job Description

Job Title: Advanced Associate, Financial Control

In this role, you will oversee end‑to‑end corporate accounting, financial operations, and regulatory compliance, delivering reliable reporting and supporting informed business decision‑making. This role aligns with industry titles such as finance operations associate, Accounting administrator, Accounting operations Executive.

The Role

This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting within the UAE/Middle East region. The individual will contribute to strong accounting governance, reliable financial operations, and smooth audit cycles. They will have the opportunity to influence end‑to‑end accounting processes and support key decision‑making through high‑quality management reports.

What You’ll Own

  • You will prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other management reports — ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with UAE/Middle East accounting standards and IFRS.
  • You will utilize multiple ERP systems such as Oracle and Tally to enhance reconciliation accuracy, generate timely management‑oriented reports, and support informed decision‑making across finance operations.
  • You will ensure timely execution of month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial closings in alignment with IFRS recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure requirements.
  • You will oversee end‑to‑end corporate accounting activities, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • You will manage day‑to‑day financial operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, bank administration, and expense monitoring.
  • You will track timely settlement of indirect tax payments, support tax return filings, maintain supporting agreements/evidence, and ensure smooth reviews and compliance.
  • You will support statutory audits and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.

About You

You bring strong knowledge of IFRS, proven experience in corporate accounting and reporting, and expertise in financial operations. You’re comfortable working across ERP platforms, ensuring governance, compliance, and operational excellence.
You thrive in structured, high‑accountability environments and collaborate effectively across teams to deliver accurate reporting and efficient financial processes.
