  • Professional presentation, sound judgment, and strong communication skills, as contact with clients and their advisers will be extensive
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, including best practices in accounting, investments, tax-related reporting, and family office operations
  • Willingness to learn and work with emerging technology solutions such as OCR (Optical Character Recognition), AI (Artificial Intelligence), and accounting bots

Responsibilities:

This is a hands-on position that requires experience supporting private clients, investment entities, and complex ownership structures. Duties include:

  • Identify opportunities to enhance client service delivery, strengthen relationships, and expand services while improving operational efficiencies, internal controls, and reporting processes
  • Utilize and promote emerging technologies, automation tools, AI-enabled solutions, and other components of the firm's technology stack to drive efficiencies across accounting, reporting, and period-end close processes
  • Define and document repeatable methodologies, procedures, and templates that can be leveraged across client engagements
  • Assist with engagement budgeting and resource planning, while monitoring project progress, timelines, and overall engagement performance
  • Participate in assessments, implementations, and onboarding activities for new clients, including understanding legal entity structures, investment holdings, reporting requirements, and key service-provider relationships
  • Collaborate with tax, investment, legal, and other advisors to support the delivery of integrated family office services
  • Participate in business development activities, prospective client meetings, and proposal processes, including family office and family enterprise opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
