In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process.
Our Transaction Services (TS) practice comprises teams of dedicated and highly experienced professionals, and draws from their wide range of collective technical skills and expertise, intimate market and industrial knowledge to help strategic and financial investors on either sides
of various transactions, whether it be acquiring or selling a business, entering an alliance or raising capital, to maximise returns and minimise the associated risks. Apart from pre-deal and confirmatory financial due diligence, we also offer a broad range of services that support our clients through every stages of a transactions, including deal planning, structuring and execution,as well as SPA consultation and advisory.
At least 1 year audit or financial due diligence experience with Big 4 accounting firms
Solid knowledge and understanding of GAAP and financial statements
Good grasp of the major business transaction cycles and the related controls
Excellent analytical skills and proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
Strong interpersonal skills
Confidence to work independently, but with proven ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations
Dynamic thinking and fast learner
Good command of oral/written English skills
