Accountabilities:

  • Deliver personalized financial advice and planning support tailored to clients’ short-term and long-term financial objectives.
  • Build, strengthen, and retain client relationships by developing a deep understanding of individual financial situations and goals.
  • Engage with new and existing clients daily to identify opportunities for investment solutions, asset consolidation, and financial growth.
  • Provide trusted recommendations across a range of banking and financial products while maintaining a high standard of client service.
  • Complete financial transactions and sales activities accurately while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Utilize strong product knowledge and financial expertise to support informed decision-making and enhance the client experience.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to support business objectives and maintain operational excellence.
  • Requirements:

    • Current CIRO-ID licensing in good standing is required.
    • For Quebec-based candidates, AMF licensing and completion of the Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) are required.
    • Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC) designation is considered a strong asset.
    • Previous experience in financial consulting, investment advisory, banking, or client relationship management.
    • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment products, banking services, and regulatory compliance standards.
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple client interactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
    • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must meet remote work program requirements, including a private workspace and reliable wired high-speed internet connection.
