Job Description

Responsible for accurate and timely consolidated financial reporting, accounting operations, and tax management.

Accounting Operations:

• Review and ensure completeness of billing details
• Oversee collections and resolve outstanding receivables
• Initiate issuance of credit memos
• Reconcile intercompany transactions regularly
• Monitor related party transactions

Financial Reporting:

• Prepare consolidated ManCom reports with variance analysis
• Generate quarterly and annual financial reports for SEC & PSE submission
• Develop consolidated budget reports and financial presentations for ManCom, AuditCom, and the Board
• Coordinate with auditors for timely completion of audits

Tax Management:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of tax returns
• Compute and prepare quarterly and annual income tax returns

Qualifications:

• BS Accountancy graduate
• CPA board passer
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Proficient in MS Office
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Schedule: Dayshift
Work Setup: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH
