We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Call Center Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and a thorough understanding of financial services.
As a Financial Call Center Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing support for various financial services that are provided through the instant transfer application.
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle incoming calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service by addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
-Utilize your knowledge of financial products and services to provide accurate information and guidance to customers
-Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
-Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently meeting and exceeding performance metrics
-Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and changes in financial products and services
-Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience
-Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field is preferred
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
-Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
-Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required
