Job Title: Financial Business Systems Analyst III
Location: On-site
Shift: Night Shift
Compensation: Up to 44,900 MBS + Benefits

An opportunity is available for an experienced Financial Business Systems Analyst III with expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP. This role focuses on optimizing Financials modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL) through configuration, customization, testing, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

• Work closely with stakeholders to assess and define business requirements.

• Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation for Oracle ERP Financials modules.

System Configuration & Customization

• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP modules to align with business processes.

• Customize workflows, reports, and system interfaces to meet evolving needs.

Testing & Implementation

• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system integrity.

• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and resolve identified issues.

User Support & Training

• Provide expert-level support for users, resolving functional issues promptly.

• Deliver training and maintain user-friendly documentation for ongoing system use.

Continuous Improvement

• Document system configurations and troubleshooting steps.

• Recommend enhancements to improve performance and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials including GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, and Project Accounting.

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM modules; familiarity with HCM and SCM is a plus.

• Proficient in Oracle reporting tools, especially OTBI

• Solid understanding of cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and their application within Oracle systems.

• Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strategic thinker capable of working independently in complex, ambiguous environments.
